According to case details, Koena Mitra borrowed INR22 lakhs from model Poonam Sethi over a period of time. Some months later, Mitra gave a cheque of INR3 lakh to Sethi, which didn’t go through and was dishonoured. Sethi sent a legal notice to Mitra on July 19, 2013
